As of July 1,2021, Rev. Neal "Sandy" Sweet will be appointed the Coordinating Pastor for Central United Methodist Church pending the fulfillment of requirements needed for a successful transition affected by this appointment.
This announcement comes from District Superintendent Rev. Dr. David Calhoun, in consultation with the Staff Parish Relations Committee with the understanding that Bishop Sudarshana Devadhar will finalize this at the 2021 Annual Conference of the New England Conference.
The congregation is grateful to Rev. Paula Fletcher for her work with us as Coordinating Pastor during the past year and wishes her well as she transitions to a new life across the country.
